ランゲリースリングは、アルタ・ランガの新プロジェクトで、カ・ヴィオラの歴史上初の白ワインです。クレムとは、カヴィオラ氏の父（クレメンテ）の愛称です。バローロの背後に位置するこの特別な土地は、ユニークな地形と高い標高という特徴を備えており、素晴らしい白ワインを生み出します。特にリースリング・レナーノは、冷涼でミネラルを含む土地で最高のパフォーマンスを発揮します。ワインメイキングにおける非常に長い熟成が特徴で、さまざまな表情を見せるため、とても興味深い1 本です。
輝きのあるイエロー。みずみずしい香り立ちで、白い花、白桃、レモンやグレープフルーツなどの柑橘、杉のニュアンスも感じられます。口に含むと、しっかりとした酸が印象的。このブドウ品種らしさであるフレッシュでジューシーな味わいが充分に感じられ、口の中で数分にわたって続きます。
